Job Description | Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers and market segments like OEMs, Automobile manufacturers, EV Charger Manufacturers to expand the customer base and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate with the marketing & engineering teams to create effective marketing campaigns, promotional material, and digital content to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Provide sales forecasts, market intelligence, and reports to the Management, highlighting key performance metrics, market trends, and opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team, setting segment sales targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to achieve sales goals.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to establish the company's presence, build relationships.

Candidate Profile | Who Can Apply
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing in automotive / related relevant Industry
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to achieve goals.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
